DO THESE LEVELS
Here are the ways to hind the hidden Star Wars c characters throughout the game, if you find them all you will unlock Han Solo, to find these characters you must be on free play.

C3PO: Play the Raiders Of The Lost Ark on the Lost Temple level.when the tomb heads are rolling down the hill follow them until you find a drop off, operate the tiki guy and then the spikes should be lowered then go down the drop of and head right. you should reach some hieroglyphic access those then go through the newly opened door and walk a little bit further and you should find some metal Lego pieces, blow those up and go in the room and you'll find C3PO.

Chewbacca: play the raiders of the lost ark on the city of danger level, when you reach the last area of that mission where you change into a gaurd uniform and go into the guard outpost were the truck is stored. st the back of that area there should be some hieroglyphics, have a Scholar character complete the puzzle, go inside the newly open door and you should find yourself in the Mos Eisley Cantina! Chewbacca is behind a fence, and can be reached by a shorter character like Maharaja or Short Round.

Princess Leia: Pay The Temple Of Doom on the Free The Slaves level. go to the room before you fight the boss and the end of the level, when you get there head to the far right of that area thin drop off the cliff then you should find her.

Luke Skywalker: Play The Raiders Of The Lost Ark on Into The mountains level.when you get out side of the bar and pass the bridge go through the cave you should reach a drop off, go down it and you should find Luke hanging form the ceiling, you can break the class by blowing it up with a Bazooka or a grenade, you have to be on free player to enter it.

R2-D2: Play The Last Crusade on the Desert Ambush level. when you start head left, and climb up the mountain to the golden chest. once you get the chest,(or if you already got in story or free play)follow the ledge to the left. you should see a brown whip point. use Indy's whip to pull down a tube from a sand crawler. R2-D2 should appear from it.
