During story play, the bus has nothing to do with the progress of the game. To progress through the game, go back to the slide. Enter the hallway directly to the right of the red & white slide.
Boss Fight
This is not difficult but takes a while to complete. Chase Harley Quinn around and around until she is dizzy and stops. Be mindful that sometimes she stops just to trick you. When she stops for certain, quickly punch her to remove one heart. Sometimes she stops closer to your partner than you, so change over to catch her before she takes off again.
