Story Walkthrough
"Actor Basil Karlo turned into the murderous Clayface, a creature of shape-changing protoplasm. He now possesses incredible strength, and can transform his clay-like body into any form!"

The Riddler and Clayface plan to break into Gotham City Bank to loot millions of dollars worth of gold and silver bullion. You and the Boy Wonder Robin must stop the villains' thieving plans.
Gotham Streets - Area 1
Bat Canister Location
 | 1. Pull the lever In the alley at the start to open the alcove grate. Build the lego bricks to make a grapple point. Use the grapple and go along the ledge to a lever. Pull the lever to open the alcove grate and grab the Bat Canister Inside. |
Bat Canister Location
 | 2. After pulling the second lever, carry on along the ledge to the left, climb the ladder to reach the Bat Canister. |
Bat Canister Location
 | 3. Free Play: Use the Batman Sonic Suit to break the left most window in the first large building. |
Hostage Bonus
 | Smash the window left of canister #3 and take out the Goon. |
Make your way along the street until you come to a grapple point located to the left of a toxic spillage. Use your grapple ability to reach the ledge above. Jump onto the tightrope and walk/climb across to the next building ledge, then head around to the right edge.
With your Batarang, take out the Riddler's Henchman and Goons waiting below, and then the two Henchman on the adjacent ledges. Build the bricks to create another tightrope and continue to the next ledge where the first suit swapper is located.
Jump into the suit swapper to change into Batman's Demolition suit.
Drop down onto the street below and destroy the silver lego objects with Bat Bombs and collect the studs.

 | 4. Free Play: Move the garbage dumpster covering the manhole with a Super Strength character. Then blow-up the manhole cover with the Batman Demolition Suit. |
Bat Canister Location
 | 5. Free Play: At the toxic waste spillage, use a character with the toxic resistance ability to walk across and build the truck. Drive the truck out of the way, talk to the guard in the hidden hatch using the Riddler to open the doors on the right. |
Head along the crater and detonate a Bat Bomb next to the concrete truck.
Tip: Detonate bombs faster by holding down the special button.
Bat Canister Location
 | 6. Free Play: After crossing the crater, remove the garbage dumpsters in the alley with a Super Strength character to reveal a grappling point. Use the grapple, then climb across the tightrope to the ledge and use the Batman Demolition Suit to grab the Bat Canister behind the left window. |
Keep going along passing the alley, defeat the Riddler's Henchman which descend from above, and the Goons which jump out of the above alcove to the far right.
Destroy the silver lego objects on the trailer with another Bat Bomb, then jump over into the next area.
Gotham Streets - Area 2
Defeat the next couple of Goon waves then take the upward path to the right.

 | 7. Free Play: On the upward path, remove the door with a Super Strength character and climb the stairs inside to reach the Bat Canister on the ledge. |
Bat Canister Location
 | 8. Free Play: Head back down and go right to the underground garage, crossing the toxic hazard with a toxic resistance character. Talk to the guard in the hatch using the Riddler to access the lever behind the red doors. Pull the Lever to open the first gate. Above the garage use Robin's Technology Suit to gain access to the red vehicles behind the blue doors. Park two vehicles in the underground garage to release the Bat Canister. |
When you reach the rest area at the top of the upward path, another group of Henchman and Goons will appear. Take them out while smashing trees and any other objects in the area. Watch out for more villains which appear from the lower alcove too.
Bat Canister Location
 | 9. Free Play: Collect 25 pieces using Robin's Attract Suit. Break the barrier in front of the dispenser with Batman's Sonic Suit and fill it up to get the Bat Canister. |
Once the area is clear, build the suit swapper pieces and swap to Robin's Technology suit.
Activate the terminal while using the Technology suit and send the remote control vehicle into the vault entrance via the chute next to the double doors. Use the vehicle to activate the three switches inside to open the double doors.
Again, defeat the next wave of Henchman and Goons which appear from the vault. Head into the vault where you now meet Clayface.
Boss Villain: Clayface
Punch and kick Clayface, don't attempt to use Batarangs as he'll just avoid those. He'll then retreat into the main vault after losing two life hearts, locking it behind him. Take out the three villains behind the bars with your Batarangs, then blow up the pallets of silver bullions with your Bat Bombs. Clayface will be knocked back losing another life heart and will again retreat to the safety of the vault safe that he pulls out to the right.
Destroy the safe with a Bat Bomb which will blow open the security gate into the vault.

Fast Grapple upgrade (All suits)
 | In the Vault where you fight Clayface, destroy the Vault in the upper left corner. |
Tip: Need another Demolition suit? You'll find another suit swapper to the right, next to the phone booth.
Target the three security sensors on the far wall of the vault with Batarangs while fending off more Goons. When all three sensors are activated, the security system will pump poisonous gas into the vault, causing Clayface to fall into the cage.
Congratulations, you've just bagged your first Villain and completed the level!
Final Bat Canister Location
 | 10. Locate and destroy the 5 Phone Booths. The first one is located at the start, right of the alcove. |
 | The second one is near the start of the big crater. |
 | Head to the far right of the crater, and you'll find another. |
 | The fourth booth is next to the door you removed to grab Bat Canister 8. |
 | The Final one is outside the vault, to the right where you first meet Clayface. |
