Outside the Temple of the Sun
Select Sallah and unearth the spiky totem from the shiny area on the ground behind the horse pen. Destroy this totem and assemble the Lego parts to create a ladder. Select Henry, have him jump up and grab the ladder. Now, jump from the ladder to the brown railings along the cliff side, and then jump to the ledge with the hieroglyphics wall.
Assemble the Lego pieces to create a ladder.
Interpret the symbols to raise a section of the temple. Run across this area to your left to find another hieroglyphics wall. Interpret the symbols to have two levers appear on either side of the doorway below. Pull these two levers to have the door open to the temple.
After interpreting once set of hieroglyphics, run across to the other side of the temple, and interpret the next set.
Free Play: Have a character take control of a horse and use its super jump ability (the jump button while riding a horse) to gain access to the upper left area of this ravine, and pick up the first treasure chest.
Mail Parcel Location: Left of your starting location is a shiny patch on the ground. Dig at this area to unearth the mail parcel. You can unearth the parcel near your starting location. Select a Bazooka Trooper, have him destroy the tanker truck nearest the horse pen, and this will reveal the mail box. Carry the parcel over to the mail box to unlock Invincibility for purchase from the Barnett College mailroom. Carry the parcel over to the destroyed truck.
Inside the Temple of the Sun
In front of your entrance location is a wooden door with colored Lego bricks along its frame. The left side of the door only has a yellow brick. You must find the red and blue bricks hidden in this area in order for the door to open.
Carry the red brick over to the colored door frame.
To the right of the wooden doorway is a spiky totem. Select Sallah, have him destroy the totem, and then dig at the shiny area on the ground to find the red Lego brick. Pick it up, carry it over to the doorway, and put it in place.
Free Play: Have a Thuggee interact with the grey totem statue to reveal a small set of Lego pieces. Assemble the pieces to create a painting of a treasure chest. Punch this painting to reveal the second treasure chest.
Next to where that spiky totem was is a torch. Pick up the torch and carry it into the adjacent room. Place the torch into the empty fire urn to cast light on the hieroglyphic wall. Select Henry, have him interpret the symbols, and the blue Lego brick will appear. Carry this blue brick over to the wooden door to put the brick in place starting a short cut-scene.
You can obtain the blue brick by interpreting this hieroglyphics wall.
The Breath of God
Select Indy and have him interpret the symbols from the nearby hieroglyphics wall to spin the sharp spinning discs. Jump over the spinning discs. Arrive at the spikes, wait a few seconds for them to retract, and then quickly run across them towards the bridge.
Time your jumps so you're not cut by the spinning disc.
Free Play: Once you enter the large cavern, select a small character, and have them crawl through the nearby cubbyhole. Pull the lever to reveal an entrance to a small room. Have one character stand on the platform on the left in this room to raise the bird cage housing the third treasure chest on the right.
You can pick up the fourth treasure chest inside the small cave protected by a slow moving disc after you cross the bridge. Next to this small cave is a shiny area on the ground. Have Sallah dig up the pot of parts from the shiny area on the ground, and assemble the parts to create a brown railing along the cavern wall.
Be careful!
Jump from railing to railing along the cavern wall. But, you need to time your jumps so you're not jumping directly into the spinning discs or the spikes coming out of the wall.
Push the bridge into place.
Once you reach the far edge, select Indy, and have him use his whip on the marked platform to pull a bridge into place. Cross the bridge, select Sallah, and dig at the shiny area on the ground to reveal a spiky totem statue. Destroy it to reveal some green Lego parts. Assemble these parts to create a push lever on the bridge. Push against the green lever to extend the bridge.
Carry this panel over to the large pillar (pictured with the white arrow).
Your path is blocked by a set of spikes. On the other side of the spikes is a green panel that you need to retrieve in order to turn the large pillar next to the large stone door. Above this set of spikes is a green panel. Push this panel to retract the spikes, and then pick up the green panel to the right of the spikes. Carry it over to the large pillar to the left of the stone doorway, push the panel, and the door will open to the next area.
Free Play: To the left of the large doorway is a treasure chest trapped in a cage. Select a character with a sword, have them target the rope above the cage, and throw the sword at this rope opening the cage so you can pick up the fifth treasure chest.
The Word of God
Jump to your right, grab the rope, and then jump off again to the right. Select Indy, have him stand on the marked platform for him to use his whip to grab the tan and purple Lego brick. Set that down and interpret the nearby hieroglyphic symbols on the wall to reveal a statue. Pick up the tan and purple Lego brick and place it into the statues eye socket. This will reveal a crank. Pick up this crank and put it into the nearby device. Have both characters turn the cranks to create a wooden bridge. Cross the bridge.
Place the purple and tan Lego brick into the left eye socket of the stone statue.
Free Play: Have a small character enter the cubby hole and appear in front of a turn crank. Interact with this crank to raise a set of stone columns to the left, leading up to the treasure chest. Walk over there, jump up the large set of stone stairs, and retrieve the sixth treasure chest.
You'll come across another doorway with colored bricks missing a blue brick on the left side of the door frame. Select Indy, continue right, and swing across the gap to the far right of this area. Assemble the small pile of Lego pieces to create a rope, allowing Sallah to reach Indy's location. Switch to Sallah, have him jump over the snake pit, and then grab the torch on the far right wall. Carry this torch back over to the snake pit, allowing Indy to cross, and go up to the marked platform, where Indy will use his whip to obtain the blue brick behind the spikes.
You have to light the small stack of wood in the snake pit before Indy will cross.
Free Play: To the left of this door is a broken blue generator. Select a character with a wrench to repair this generator, causing a bunch of brown railings to jut in and out of the cavern wall. You have to jump quickly from railing to railing in order to pick up the seventh treasure chest.
Carry this blue brick over to the pulley device and place it on the platform. Pull the nearby lever to send the blue brick to the other side of the gap. Swing back across to the other side, pick up the blue brick, and place it in the open socket on the left side of the door frame to enter the next room.
Remember to start with the I.
You must jump on the following letters in order for the large doorway to open into the next area: I, E, H, O, V, A, H. The large door will open to the final room.
The Path of God
Free Play: At the start of this area is a treasure chest trapped within some spiky metal teeth. Select a Bazooka Trooper, and destroy the metal teeth, so you can pick up the eighth treasure chest.
Carefully walk across the invisible bridges.
Walk across the gap marked with a line of Lego studs towards the first platform. Have Indy use his whip on the marked area to reveal the ninth treasure chest in the small hole in the ground. Continue across the invisible walkways to the next platform. Have Indy use his whip on the marked area to pull the bridge down into place. Walk across the bridge and pick up the crate of parts. Carry this crate over to the marked green area.
This panel will open the large door in the background.
Assemble the Lego pieces to create a red and green panel. Push this panel to have the large stone doors open up. Cross one more invisible bridge towards the open door. To the left of this door is a hieroglyphics wall. In order to interpret the symbols, you must have both torches lit in order for you to be able to interpret the symbols.
This invisible bridge is a little easier to see.
You must go all the way back to where you entered this area to pick up a torch, and carry it all the way back to this area in order for you to interpret the symbols, and the tenth treasure chest will appear. Continue through the opened door. Walk across the long invisible bridge into the room full of grails.
Choose Wisely
The room with the correct grail is to your left. Interpret the hieroglyphics on the wall with a deciphering book to open the doorway. Select Indy, have him swing across to the area with the cups, and pick up the brown cup that is not shining (pictured).
Look for the cup made from a carpenter.
Carry this cup back to the water fountain in the middle of the room. Interact with this fountain to end the level and the game.
